I take any concern about my work seriously. As an independent sole trader, my reputation depends on putting things right when they have not gone to plan. This procedure explains how to raise a complaint and how it will be handled.
In the first instance please contact me directly so I have a fair opportunity to investigate and put things right. You can email flowlinebuilds@gmail.com or telephone +44 7918 706540. Please include your name, the project reference or date, and a clear description of the issue.
I will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and aim to provide a full response within ten business days. If the matter is complex I will tell you and agree a revised timescale.
If you are not satisfied with my initial response, please reply in writing within fourteen days explaining what remains unresolved. I will carry out a formal written review and respond within a further fourteen days, setting out my findings and any proposed action.
If you remain unsatisfied after Stage 2 you may request a final review. I will reconsider the matter in light of any new information and provide a final written response. This will be my final position.
If after my final response the matter is still unresolved you may seek independent advice through Citizens Advice or Trading Standards. For data protection issues you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. For payment disputes you may contact your card issuer or Stripe directly.
Complaints should be addressed to Bhagwan Dulal, Flowline Builds, 46 Moorfoot Street, Glasgow G32 6EH or by email to flowlinebuilds@gmail.com.
